Colour Food Week in 1990 was a humorous collaborative one-week event with Neil Roberts that took place in Neil’s Constantinople studio in Queanbeyan. Every day of the week we made food in a different colour: white, yellow-orange, red, green, blue-purple, brown-black. To our delight each colour had an individual taste. We and our guests dressed in the correct colours, guests managed to drive appropriately coloured cars and brought contributions in the acceptable colour. We decorated the studio in the nightly colour and the whole event was ‘colourful’.
