Glovebox (part of 24:7 Canberra 2003) was a series of photographs of my mother’s and grandmother’s collection of gloves, each photo overlaid with the text ‘g(love)s’, expressing nostalgia, memory and longing. The concertinaed work lay over the seats of an old car.
Materials: photographs, backing board, ribbon, glue.
