In 1991, as Artist-in-Residence at Hornsby Technical College in Sydney, I made a painting a day of anything that came into my mind, in an experiment to see whether the resultant diverse works would string together to make a legible ‘sentence’. During the Residency I also experimented with charcoal and burning on paper and mollusc-like clay forms.

Materials: canvas sheets, paint, charcoal, burning, clay.
